3. Orders and delivery areas

• All orders are subject to confirmation and stock availability.
• We only accept orders with delivery addresses located within a 10 km radius of the Kebab Mir Baba restaurant.

4. Prices, payments, and delivery fee

• All prices are listed in euros (€) and may include taxes according to current legislation.
• Payment must be made through the methods available on the website. The order will only be confirmed after payment approval.
• A delivery fee of €1.50 is applied to each order.

5. Delivery

• Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer during the order.
• The delivery time is estimated and may vary depending on the region and external conditions (traffic, weather, etc.).
• Kebab Mir Baba is not responsible for delays beyond its control.

6. Cancellation and refund policy

• Cancellations can only be made before the order preparation begins.
• Refunds will be assessed if the order is not delivered or if there are issues with product quality.

7. Liability

• Kebab Mir Baba is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products.
• We guarantee that all food items comply with hygiene and food safety standards.
